Owner and Educational Director of her own salon, Hair Method Studio, Adriana is known for her trendsetting vision and extraordinary skill. Adriana is constantly fascinated with the positive psychological effect of a fitting haircut.

Specializing in textured cuts for men, Adriana takes inspiration from her client’s fashion, culture, and lifestyle when creating their tailored hairstyles.

She is a National Educator for American Crew presenting and teaching at conferences all over the country. She teaches straight razor shaves and the art of traditional barbering with a twist of modern day cosmetology.

Al grew up in the rural Midwestern community of Peru, IL, and holds very fond memories of his regular childhood haircuts at the town barbershop. He received his training from Peoria Barber College and his mentors, local stylist Bob DeAngelo and American Crew founder David Raccuglia. Al has been a professional barber for over three decades now.

Al credits David for giving him the courage to succeed as an American Crew educator. With anxiety at his first tradeshow years ago, he turned to David for advice. “Tell the audience what you are going to do, how you are going to do it, and why,” David said. “With those questions answered, you can talk for hours." Ever since, Al has been committed to doing just that and thoroughly enjoys sharing his knowledge with other stylists.

In addition to traveling the country as an American Crew All-Star educator, Al owns Al’s Barber Shop in Denver and Boulder, CO. According to a 2012 Details magazine round-up of the best barbershops in the country, Al is renowned for his easy-to-style cuts delivered amidst “old-school charm meets new-school cool.” Through salons that feature black-and-white photos of past style icons, exposed brick walls and contemporary wood flooring, he strives to create an environment that speaks directly to men and allows them to feel comfortable. His main services include haircuts, face shaves and beard trims. Al uses American Crew haircare, styling and shave products in the salons and sells them exclusively in his retail area.

Crystal has over 16 years of Salon Industry experience. Starting her journey with American Crew education team in 2010, Crystal’s passion, dedication and technical ability were recognized in the Spring of 2014 when she was invited to become an American Crew All-Star Educator. Crystal was promoted to Technical Director for American Crew allowing her passions and technical skills to shine through American Crew Education.

She receives her passion watching others grow through education.

Curtis has been a licensed Barber, Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Instructor for 37 years. Curtis currently fills his days busily living his passion…EDUCATION & HAIR!
Curtis is a part-time instructor at Capitol School of Hairstyling and Esthetics. He enjoys the opportunity to teach students things they never fathomed they would have the ability to do and revels in that “AHA (lightbulb on)” moment when the students truly “get it”!!
Curtis is also the proud owner and operator of his own barbershop. Symmetry Barber Company, LLC is located in Omaha, Nebraska. Curtis not only provides top-notch hair services to clients, he also offers advanced educational learning opportunities to stylist/barbers that need extra training or want to sharpen their skills. Curtis works hard to not only meet his client’s expectations but to exceed them every time they leave his shop. Curtis' long-term goal is to give Symmetry Barber Company, LLC a global presence with a reputation for producing great hair and offering exceptional education through the Symmetry Academy.
As an International All-Star with American Crew®, Curtis travels the world teaching men's hair cutting and writing new haircut curriculum. Curtis has contributed to major events with American Crew such as Style Masters Hair Shows (Spain & Hungary) and video/photo shoots for global campaigns. His work has been featured in leading trade magazines such as Modern Salon and Salon Today. Curtis was awarded the coveted “International Educator of the Year” award by American Crew® in 2009. Curtis is challenged annually with intense training that keeps him ahead of the curve. He enjoys sharing his newfound knowledge along with his years of experience to those willing to learn.
Curtis’ downtime is spent with his loving and supportive family, who he attributes much his success to.

Jim’s barbering skills and approach to men’s grooming are founded in the classics. He credits his foundation to an intensive apprenticeship with a 1960s-trained barber during the early years of his
career.
American Crew Firm Hold Gel quickly became a styling staple for Jim, and he took his relationship with the Brand to the next level after he attended a hands-on class at State Beauty Supply Show in St. Louis, MO. The class challenged Jim’s skills and spurred him to attend Menswork™ Academy in March 2011. American Crew opened Jim’s eyes to the endless artistic and professional possibilities within men’s grooming, which led him to join TeamCrew in May 2011. He credits his experience as an educator as the catalyst to push himself as a groomer, combining new styles with classic techniques for a better
finished product.
Jim’s Barbershop was founded in 2008 in Ozark, MO, and its business has quadrupled in size since opening. As a barbershop owner and educator, Jim takes great pride in inspiring other stylists to take the next steps in their professional evolutions. Jim sees the men’s grooming industry as strong and ever-growing, and looks forward to what the future holds.

Pam’s interest in becoming a hair stylist was driven by her desire to enjoy her career and help others feel better. Thirty years later, she still feels grateful to do what she loves. She considers her work complete when she has given a client a more appropriate shape and insight on styling techniques.

Pam possesses a dual license in barbering and cosmetology. She has experience as a stylist, manager, and owned her own salon, Voisard Hair Studio, for 15 years. Pam is currently a stylist and barber at Salon Lofts in Columbus, OH, where she services a primarily male clientele. She is also TeamCrew Mentor/Trainer for American Crew and travels across the U.S., guiding new educators through the American Crew Master of Men’s Grooming training program. Her passion is helping new educators see the Art of Masculine Design, and then sharing the philosophy and technique with them, and all stylists. She admires and appreciates the history of barbering combined with the artistry of style.

American Crew motivated Pam to look at grooming in a new way. Her training transformed it from an afterthought to an essential part of her service. When working with men’s hair, Pam is drawn to more classic looks with a slight edge. She is truly thankful to have a job that enables her to share her passion and experience with others.

Originally from Texas, Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from The University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in education from Harvard University. Following opportunities, he moved to Los Angeles, where he worked three years as a software engineer in the defense industry. Unfulfilled and disillusioned with corporate life, he began exploring his creative side and soon discovered a passion for both photography and hairstyling.

He assisted for a year before securing a spot at the prestigious Michael John Salon. In 2013, he entered and won the American Crew All Star Challenge and in 2014, he finished as the runner-up. The following year, he added a barbering license to his resume.

Presently, he works as a barber in his own studio, travels the country teaching hair classes, and is represented by Exclusive Artists Management, working with celebrities as a session hairstylist. His work can be seen on the red carpet and has been published in FLAUNT, Nylon, ELLE, The Hollywood Reporter, and many other influential editorials.
